Quick question to readers:
I would find it very useful to be able to click (or right click, or whatever, just no menu systems during combat) on one of the tanks specified by the raid leader in the oRA2 Tank Frame window to cast Misdirection on that player without changing my current target.
Is there anything out there like that?

You can use clique. It enables click casting für most unitframes, ora2 frames included. You can configure it to work with specific frames only.

Id make a mouseover macro setting it as focus, clicking my misdirect on focus macro, and then setting it whatever way it was before:)
You can set up a macro to cast MD on whoever your mouse is currently over. This would be a lot more flexible than relying on a focus. I can't remember the exact code off the top of my head though (and I can't look it up at work).
/cast [target=mouseover,help] [help] Power Infusion
Clique is perfect for this, and is what I use. It's even better if you have Grid, but it works with other raid frames as well.
I have it set up so I hold down Shift and click on the person in my raid frame, and the MD goes to them without requiring me to un-target the mob.

Mouse-over macros? I'm going to test them out if Clique provides any resistance to my setup with ora2.
I currently mouse-click to fire off a focus macro. I'd probably like to continue mouse-clicking for misdirection, so I need to test out how either solution works with a clicked command.
I'm hoping that the cursor turns glowing blue when I click the cmd, so I can hit ESC to cancel, or click the tank's unit frame (or ORA2 tank frame) to cast the spell.
MD is one of the few things in combat that I mouse click, and I'm not too keen on changing that at this time.
